Black Friday FAQ’s

Q: What will be on sale?
A: Everything will be on sale! This sale is LEGENDARY! At a minimum, site wide there will be 10% off. Overstock items and Blemished (or Factory Seconds) will have a higher discount percentage to be determined and released on the day of the sale.

Q: Where did my item go?
A: For our Black Friday Sale the website will allow you to add items to your cart but if it is a limited stock item like blemished or overstock items, they are on a first-come, first paid for system. We recommend checking out multiple times if you are looking to buy more than one limited inventory item. For November and December we are offering a free shipping option for any order over $399. If your orders are less than that, simply use the support icon on any of our website pages with all of your order numbers after you’ve placed them all and we can combine shipping and refund any extra charges.

Q: What is Blemished / Factory Second / Overstock?
A: The reason it’s a blemish or factory second could be many. We have very stringent quality control so sometimes there are some extra machine lines or an edge isn’t the way it should be, a lot of people may not even be able to see it, but if it doesn’t pass our QC team then it gets put aside for this sale.
On all regular priced items, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, a customer can buy it, try it, use it and if for any reason they are not fully happy with it, they can return it for a full refund. If it’s been used or even mounted, it’s not new anymore so that would be marked up from mounting and blemished. On this same note, all Black Friday sales are discounted and as such, are Final Sale.

Q: Can you tell me what blemish my item will have?
A: As our items are not gun parts, they are not serialized so there is no way to tell which item is which for their condition, other than they are not perfect. If you purchase a Factory Second / Blemished unit, it will be fully functional but it may not look perfect. We will still offer our full lifetime warranty on the function of all our Black Friday sale items.

Q: How long will it take to ship?
A: We do our best to ship orders as soon as they come in, this is our busiest time of the year so we ask for some patience, we will ship as quickly as we can but we are still human and need to ensure that you get everything that you ordered. As soon as your order is picked and the shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number which will provide the most up to date information regarding your shipment.
